You may wish to print out the “Exercise Worksheet” before you begin–this is perfect for anyone who likes things neat and orderly, and it will be great to keep and refer back to–but a blank sheet of paper will do just fine. The other PDFs include a summary of all the tips and exercises we cover (so that you can review them long after your subscription has ended), and a list of the supplements I mention in the video*.
The video workshop is about 28 minutes long. I suggest you watch it in a place where there are no distractions. Take notes, pause, and mark the times of sections you wish to go back to. I am sharing tons of tips that truly work, and many of them will be new to you I’m sure!
Remember, workshops in the past were done in person and you would have to come at a designated time to see the slideshow presentation.
